lump crabmeat or flaked imitation crab

cooked shrimp, chopped

mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
fresh lemon juice, (from 1 lemon)
2 teaspoons
fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon
granulated sugar
1 teaspoon
Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon
onion powder
½ teaspoon
kosher salt, plus more to taste
¼ teaspoon

Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until completely cooled. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add the crabmeat, shrimp, celery, red onion, and dill to the pasta and toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, Old Bay, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the dressing to the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
